2-3 tests will be given each marking
period for Math, Science, and Social Studies. For English Language Arts
students will take weekly tests (about 7-8 each marking period) on spelling/vocabulary,
grammar, and comprehension. At the end of the marking period, I will drop one of the lowest grades in
spelling/vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension. If students are absent on test
days, they have to be ready to take the tests when they come back to school. Concepts
on these tests have been already taught throughout the week and students should
study/review to prepare for their tests.
*Tests CANNOT be retaken and any extra credit given will be determined by the teacher.
